This option is available for DHL customers when booking via DHL Express online (DHLitNow) or DHL Express by Phone.

• When DHL customers book via DHL Express online (DHLitNow) or DHL Express by Phone a same day courier collection may be available.
• Availability to fulfil the collection on the same day is determined by the area you live and the time of day that you’ve made the collection booking.
• A three-hour window must be defined when you’re making the booking online, during which time the courier will collect your parcel.
• If a same day courier collection is unavailable, you will have the option to book a parcel collection for the next working day (or up to five days ahead).
