The collection fellow didn't accept my product since i didn't have a paper hardcopy. My printer is broken, I showed him my e copy. He refused to pick up and left my parcel.Really disappointed. Won't recommend it to anyone

She knocked once I was changing my baby I hurried down the stairs she was already at my neighbors once she saw me she started talking and shouting at me I gave her a piece of my mind and declined signing for the items but still collected it DHL employ sane people please as this lady clearly has mental health issues thank you

Three parcels (2 x suitcases and 1 x box) to be collected from private address and delivered to Manchester. The personInd who opened the door to the driver was unaware (!!) of collection and tried to send driver (Jason) away. Fortunately he insisted there was a collection and I arrived. He could not have been more helpful - waited whilst individual in Manchester sent labels etc, I printed them out etc.
Jason is a first class advert for the company.
Would I use the service again - You Bet I would and highly recommend to anyone else. Thank You Team DHL. He was also full of praise for DHL as an employer - great to hear.

Expected an urgent parcel yesterday, was emailed a delivery time but then received another email to say the driver was running late. The parcel never arrived and your on-line tracking service then told me that the driver couldn't find our house!
What rubbish - it's well signed, on a main road and known to all our neighbours at our post code BS37 6QP- in the 15 years we've lived here we have NEVER had a problem with deliveries.
I can only suspect incompetence from your driver or it's a case of 'late Friday afternoon and I can't be bothered' attitude!
As of now (Saturday 15 Sept 12.36) your website is still showing Friday's information and no-one is responding to my emails concerning an update on when I might finally receive my parcel. I've tried telephoning but the system is just an automated version of your on-line tracker - can I not speak to a human?
This is a terrible service and please respond ASAP

Absolute liars apparently tried to deliver this morning I am sat in waiting I have not had a card through the door as proof of visit that’s because your driver hasn’t been I paid next day delivery for a reason I am in today I have had to leave one star

This has been the second or third time DHL have claimed to have come to our door and had no answer when we have been at home all the time and no-one had come to the door.

On the 13th September I was phoned by a very pleasant lady from DHL and agreed to be in today, the 14th. between 08:00 and 13:00 for collection of a package. No one had come by 13:00 and so I went to check my emails. I had been sent an email at 11:22 to say no-one answered when the DHL man came to our door (it said yesterday but that must have been a mistake but in any case we had been in and no-one had called)- I was not out, both my wife and myself were in, and I was close enough to the door to see that no-one had called. As I was bringing up the website to re-organize the collection the DHL man knocked on the door, for real this time, and collected the package.
I believe this 'we called and no-one came to answer the door' is a blatant attempt by DHL to blame their inefficiency on their customers.

I have recently had quite a few deliveries from DHL and always have Dani delivering. DHL text me well in advance to let me know when I can expect delivery to be made, if I am not available, there is an option to provide alternate arrangements or to change the date to a more suitable time. My parcel is always delivered when advised and Dani is always well presented and friendly, no matter what the weather.
