Paperwork will need to be completed after you have booked to send a parcel with DHL by Phone. The courier will bring a parcel label (or Waybill) for you to complete. Please make sure you have the full delivery address of the receiver, as well as a contact name and phone number.
If your parcel is travelling outside the EU and contains items that must be declared to Customs, you will also need to prepare a Customs invoice. But don't worry, our Customer Service team will advise you how to do this.
