Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we and the partners we work with remain committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees and are continuously adapting our businesses to mitigate potential impacts. 

Visiting a DHL Service Point 

DHL Service Points in WHSmith, Ryman and Robert Dyas stores are fully operational again and our smaller independent stores continue to reopen. DHL Service Points located in Access Self Storage and Safestore stores remain closed at this time.

Following the Government’s recent announcement, from 24 July it will be compulsory to wear a face mask or covering at all DHL Service Points in retail locations.

Due to limits on the number of customers allowed in stores at any one time and to reduce the time that each customer spends in the store, we recommend that you complete your parcel details online before you visit.

Please always check the DHL Service Point locator for current service availability, noting that opening hours can change at very short notice as stores respond to local conditions.

Booking a parcel collection

Courier collections have continued without interruption throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and our couriers are strictly adhering to social distancing advice, both for your safety and their own. If you would like to have your parcel collected from your home or office, we recommend using our online booking service DHLitNow.

Clinical testing kits - prohibited

We are unable to ship clinical testing kits - new or used - via DHLitNow or DHL Service Point at this time.
