Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we and the partners we work with are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees and are continuously adapting our businesses to mitigate potential impacts. 

During this challenging time, we recommend using our online service DHLitNow to book a collection from your home or office. Please be assured that our couriers are strictly adhering to social distancing advice, both for your safety and their own. Get a quote and book online.

Phased reopening of DHL Service Points 

Starting today and over the coming weeks, there will be a phased reopening of DHL Service Points located in WHSmith, Ryman, Robert Dyas and many of our smaller independent stores. DHL Service Points in Access Self Storage and Safestore remain closed for the time being.

Due to limits on the number of customers allowed in stores at any one time and to reduce the time that each customer spends in the store, we recommend that you complete your parcel details online before you visit a DHL Service Point. Please be aware that some stores will only accept parcels if the parcel details have been received in advance.

Clinical testing kits - prohibited

We are unable to ship clinical testing kits - new or used - via DHLitNow or DHL Service Point at this time.
