Temporary DHL Service Point closures

In line with the most recent Government guidance, some DHL Service Points have closed until further notice. This includes all Ryman stores. 

 

Visiting a DHL Service Point

Please always check our store locator for current service availability, noting that opening hours can change at very short notice as stores respond to local conditions. 

We recommend that you complete your parcel details online before you visit a DHL Service Point to save time in store. Some stores won’t accept parcels if the parcel details haven’t been completed online.

All DHL Service Points at DHL Express sites in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are open Monday - Friday, but are only taking card payments at this time.

 

Booking a parcel collection

Courier collections have continued without interruption throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and our couriers are strictly adhering to social distancing advice, both for your safety and their own. If you would like to have your parcel collected from your home or office, we recommend using our online booking service DHLitNow.

Please note: If you are self-isolating due to COVID-19 related requirements (you have tested positive, are awaiting a test result, or have been instructed to self-isolate), we regret that we are not able to collect shipments from you.

Clinical testing kits - currently prohibited

We are unable to ship clinical testing kits - new or used, including COVID-19 - via DHLitNow or DHL Service Point at this time.
