Employees make everything, don't they?
I am taking the time to write you about two employees working in the DHL Express London South East (SE14 5RW) namely Liliane and Carmen. I requested to pick up my parcel at the center because it needed my signature and received the confirmation it will be available for pick-up on September, 15th before end of day. I did not realize how far was the center and arrived at 7:30 pm, slightly worried about the night getting dark. When I finally hit the center, Liliane and Carmen told me the parcel did not arrive- I think you can easily imagine how puzzled I felt. Liliane proposed me straight away to call the customers service from their phone and after thirty minutes of 'battle' with a lady called Michele (and this is why I won't rate you 5 stars) - I got finally the answer that my parcel was effectively at the center. I want to highlight that Liliane and Carmen did not finish at 8pm on that day and were both extremely nice to me.
Two great persons I am very happy to have met!

My Amazon order stated DHL delivering and Tracking status was 'delivery attempted 16.09.16' customer moved!!
On speaking to Denise at about 7.15 this evening, she asked me where the item was coming from (Denmark) she proceeded to inform me that it would be DHL Germany delivering to Parcel Force then on to me. She advised that I go on to Parcel Force web site and enter tracking number and see what comes up (she also gave me a telephone number for them). I followed her instructions which has resulted in a successful outcome. Thank you so much Denise
A relative was, temporarily, in Houston and she needed me to retrieve legal papers from her flat in Aberdeen, Scotland, and send them asap. She mentioned the most well known international carrier. I discovered that I couldn't organise it at their local depot, only by telephone, and would have to wait for pick up. There was the usual introductory requirements re account numbers, and when I was finally put on hold, I gave up. I then opted for DHL, crossing my fingers that they would match their competitor's reputation. I needn't have worried. I was able to go to a local branch of Staples, where the male assistant was extremely helpful. They provide the appropriate packaging and their tracking was great. I left Staples at 10.00am, and my relative received the package 34 hours later. Brilliant. Thank you.

I have collected many items from your Flint office and I must say I have had the best customer service ever one member of staff could not be more helpful her name is TRISH COPPACLL she deserves a mention she is an asset to your company please pass on my comments
Fantasic, Heipful and amazing
Through no fault of DHL our parcel was sent to the wrong address. when I contacted them to ask for help, the went above and beyond, stopped the parcel which had gone miles away and redirected it to us. No hassel, was just done. Well done Dhl you were amazing.
Delivery driver went above and beyond.
Had a text from DHL to advise parcel was going to be delivered next day but no time slot. I was hoping it was going to be after my husband got in about 11. However I got a call from the delivery driver just before 10 to advise she was at my house. There wasn't anything I could do to get anyone there so she said she would leave me a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery. I was worrying all day about how to get the parcel as we work full time, DHL don't deliver on a Saturday and the parcel was a birthday gift for my dad so I couldn't have it delivered to my parents home. I was stuck! Then just before 3pm I got a call from the delivery driver who said she would be passing our house again within an hour and could drop my parcel off. One call to my hubby and then another to the driver and it was all sorted - parcel safely received. I can't thank that driver enough! She is a STAR x

Superfast international delivery and brilliant end-to-end service. I can't believe it took less than 48 hours for my parcel sent from the UK to get into the hands of the recipient in Nigeria. I'm very impressed. I highly recommend DHL.
Impressive Customer Service
Thank you Dave for rectifying inadequate packaging and taking the time and trouble to make a personal phone call to advise us of the situation. The contents arrived intact and within the time specified.
Great Customer Care over the phone
Sending my big Thank You to EVE from the call center - such an amazing customer service. The driver even didn't ring the bell and I just saw the DHL van pulling and then I received txt that they've tried to deliver it ... How? By pulling the van to send a message! I called the customer service line and Eve even didn't let me waste my time explaining - she was just - "Sir, hold on a sec, looks like he is still in the area, let me "catch him" and send him back". In 3 minutes the guy was back and my important delivery was with me. I do believe that the management is checking all those reviews because it is now easy to keep such an amazing staff members in a huge company as DHL! I wish all of them are like Eve! Thank you, Eve! Keep up the good work! Such a pleasant and understanding worker!
great customer service by Jave in the tracking dept in the Philippines
parcel got a little lost part way through as delivery was outside normal delivery area and was being delivered by a third party and a phone number missing off the parcel so delivery could not be arranged I spoke to Jave in the Philippines who sorted it all out and parcel delivered the next day and she even phoned up to see if it went all ok.thank you
