Superfast all the way from UK to Australia! Fabulous service.
I needed an alternative to Parcelforce Global Express/Priority which was painfully slow and very expensive. So I tried DHL, which is tracked and signed, and could not believe the difference in service. Sent Thursday afternoon from Gravesend in Kent and it has already arrived in Queensland, Australia, on the Monday morning. That's just 2 working days, as opposed to more than a week previously, and almost 50% cheaper. I'm seriously impressed.

On our initial visit your employee knew what he was talking about, explained procedure in detail.
When we returned with our parcel the lady packed the parcel , helped with the paperwork in a very pleasant manner. The parcel handed in before noon on a Monday was in South Afria before 7.30 am on Tuesday cleared customs and delivered AM on Thursday.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I ordered a parcel from French Connection, but twice there was no one home so my driver - Rob - Number 4A - went out of his way to get the parcel to me. The parcel should have gone to Team Valley to the collection point but instead Rob brought it to my work for me! He obviously went out of his way so that I didn't have to. So so so grateful! Thank you so much! What a lovely guy :-)
Fastest delivery service I have used
Ordered parts for my bike from Ireland multiple times, saw every step of my packages location with fast updates and very accurate, also went through the U.K. Then to Germany and to the us, all in a day and a half, great service! Will recommend for sure.
My package arrived the next day to Europe. I am absolutely delighted, this is the first time I have used this courier service, and completely converted. I will definitely use again. The process was easy. I used the waybill number, and the package tracking facility was very informed all the way to destination. Top marks, for a fabulous service!!

I didn't hear the deliverer knocking, but on the attempted delivery note, I was given a number to call with the sentence: "Call before 3pm and I'll pop back." He was true to his word, and had a smile on his face - great customer service, couldn't be happier.
DHL Service London is frustrating!
I sent this parcel January 25, 2017. After two days, the recipient sent a message to me informing that a "Signature is Required" was sent to her. I was surprised-I was made to sign (in the Philippines) at least 2 blank/proforma invoices and 1 in the official receipt - so what signature is DHL talking about?
I called up Customer Care's direct line at (02)9902058 and even the staff was surprised saying that it was the first time she encountered such incident. She said I need not mind said message and she tracked the parcel which was already in Hongkong. So I was confident that everything would turn out smooth.
Came the next day, a message here at local DHL texted saying the recipient can't be located? I told them how come-who sent a message to her earlier anyway (that was her contact number). I even told them that the recipient's place is in fact walking distance to the nearest DHL in Peckham Hill Street. The recipient lives in Peckham High Street! Anycase, thinking that maybe DHL London preferred to have it sent to Lambeth, I don't have a hold on that.
I was advised by the local DHL yesterday that they were able to contact the recipient. Indeed, the latter informed me that she was made to choose which location she preferred from among the 10 sites that were suggested for her to pick up the parcel - she chose Toys 'R' Us at Kent Road. She even repeatedly confirmed that she will pick up the same at that office.
As agreed, she went to the Office to pick up the parcel, unbelievably, no parcel was at that Office! As of this writing, they can't track where the parcel is and nobody can be located to lend a hand or contact them.
We're frustrated at the turn of events here; this is going to be the first and last at DHL. The service is dismal-can someone please check where the parcel is now - these are documents awaiting government submission!!! This parcel express is 8 days at least hanging around in London 3 days? I can't believe it!
great customer service
I had some parcels collected today by a very nice man called Dean King. He was a breath of fresh air. Not very often today do companies seem to care about customer service, sadly its all about taking your money. I can not say that about Dean! A very nice man who went out of his way to help with the parcels. He even helped me to wrap them better than i had managed! DHL, i hope you take care of your staff - you certainly dont want to loose this one!
