With DHL, international and UK parcel delivery couldn’t be easier. Simply call our friendly team to book your collection over the phone, pack your parcel and a DHL courier will collect from your home or business premises.

You don’t even have to set up an account for parcel delivery with DHL by phone. Just check the delivery prices online, make your booking by phone and wait for your collection. It’s that easy! You can even plan ahead and arrange a collection up to seven days in advance.

Our standard weight limit is 70kg per parcel with a maximum parcel size of 120 x 80 x 80 cm, but Customer Service can quote for heavier and larger items.

And if you're looking for service options such as insurance, pre 9:00 or pre 12:00 delivery, Saturday collection or delivery, simply ask Customer Service for a quote when you call. A wider range of services is available for bookings made by phone.

Calls to DHL UK phone numbers beginning ‘084’ cost 7 pence per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. 

DHL Shipment Insurance

In addition to the standard DHL Express liability, we can provide you with financial protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to your parcels from external causes during transportation by DHL.

The charge for insurance is 1.5% of the stated shipment value, subject to a minimum of £12.00.

DHL’s liability for direct loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the current market or declared value of the goods or 19 Special Drawing Rights (approximately US$ 26.00) per kilogram for shipments transported by air or 8.33 Special Drawing Rights (approximately US$ 14.00) per kilogram for shipments transported by road. Please see DHL's Terms and Conditions of Carriage for full details.

If you think this liability cover is insufficient, our Customer Service team will be pleased to provide a quote for shipment insurance when you call.

Transit times are to major destinations, do not include time in Customs and are provided as a guide only. 

DHL's extensive worldwide network allows us to reach the most rural and difficult to access locations,but occasionally a Remote Area Service charge may apply. This is based on the delivery address of your parcel and Customer Service will advise you if this charge applies when you call.
